I finished school in November of 2006 and became the Executive Chef/Cafe Director at The Hills Fitness Center in Austin, Texas. I left The Hills in November of 2007 to become the Research and Development Chef for Vertical Sales and Marketing, San Ramon, CA. I am developing new sauces and concepts for Versamar for food sales in different retail markets. Our name brands for Versamar are Ventera Ranch, First Cuisine and Wyndemar Farms, we are now offering private labels for retail supermarket chains.
